Instructions for downloading podcasts. For best results, download free iTunes/Quicktime software for PC or Mac.

The ‘Subscribe’ button will automatically download new podcasts (or the latest one, depending on your iTunes settings).

To download individual podcasts:

Internet Explorer:

1.Click on orange ‘Feed’ button on browser bar.

2. 2.Choose to ‘Subscribe to this feed’. [Once you’ve done this, clicking the purple ‘Subscribe’ button on this page should ensure you automatically receive all future feeds.]
   

3.[Podcast can be played at this point.]

4.Right click on selected podcast title.

5.Select ‘Save Target as’.

6.Podcast will download.

7.Suggest you create an ‘English Podcast’ playlist (in iTunes) and drag podcast in for easy reference.

Safari & Firefox:

Click RSS feed icon in url bar and follow (4) to (7) above.
